We work in unison to ensure that everything is taken care of to the smallest detail to allow our patients to be monitored from before the flight to reaching the facility.
PATIENT PICK-UP
Mediways will send an ambulance to the departure facility to take the patient to the airport.
MEDICAL TRANSPORT
The staff offers complete support at all stages of transport and emergency.
PATIENT’S ARRIVAL
The service will be concluded only upon arrival of the patient at the point of treatment with relative debriefing of our healthcare staff.

AIR AMBULANCE
Mediways has aircraft specially configured to allow medical support to patients during emergency transfers.
Our highly specialized medical team accompanies the patient to the airport or the healthcare facility of destination. The vector is a unit of intensive care with life-saving drugs and electromedical tools.
ADULT TRANSFER
Transfer of medium and high complexity patients, bed-to-bed.
CHILDREN/INFANTS TRANSFER
Transfer of pediatric patients to treatment centers specialized also in thermocradle.
RETURN HOME
Return home after events that have compromised the state of health.
RETURN FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES
Return home from remote health facilities.
ORGAN TRANSPORT
Transport of équipes and organs for therapeutic installations.
EMERGENCY
Transport of equipment and persons to disaster-affected locations.
EFFICIENCY AND PROFESSIONALISM
The staff of Mediways includes among their professionalism, also a pool of people who, if necessary, can interact bureaucratically and politically to solve international problems (visas or permits).
This is not in fact a problem to be underestimated if the patient comes or will have to be transported to a politically dangerous or unstable area.

Company founded in 2013 by a group of doctors, nurses and rescuers for years engaged in the field of territorial emergency and health training; it offers a wide range of health courses and is accredited by the main Scientific Bodies, the Regions, Armed Forces, State Agencies and NATO. In addition, the experience gained on board helicopters and aircraft such as Medical Crew, has improved knowledge for the management of any situation in perfect synergy with the pilots and the air environment.
Aelia is an accomplished aviation operator in the world of commercial aviation, operating a large fleet of aircraft and helicopters in order to meet every market demand. Aelia also holds certifications to operate Medical Flight, and CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) for the aviation maintenance management, as well as being A.T.O. (School ENAC / EASA certified flight school); it also handles the management of the pilots, and their “continuous training“.

Simone is a technical rescue operator, private aircraft pilot, drone piloting instructor, technology consultant to a variety of companies, founder and teacher of a Center of Health Training that operates nationwide: he is the manager of the aeronautical and technological area.
Alberto Grigoletti
FLYING MEDICAL TECHNICIAN
Alberto is a commercial aircraft pilot, technical operator of the medical rescue, drone pilot instructor and specialized in health care training, former regional liaison (referent) of the Veneto region for the coordination of the Centers for IRC training. He is dedicated to the aviation logistics part, as well as to the area of training and qualification of personnel.

PILOT & FLIGHT EXAMINER
Mario serves as a pilot and commercial operations manager, is an instructor and examiner of flight. Mario is responsible for pilot management and flight operations, a former airline pilot, currently holds the role of flight instructor and examiner on aircraft and helicopters, he is also the CEO of Aelia.
